Since the early 1980's Augusta Road Business Association has been celebrating the start of the holidays with the Annual Holiday Open House. The Sunday before Thanksgiving has become a tradition for shoppers all over the upstate of SC. On Sunday, November 22nd, 2015 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. shoppers will begin the Christmas season on Augusta Road. Participating businesses host special events to celebrate the upcoming holidays and promote local shopping on Augusta Road. Shoppers can get in the holiday spirit with a visit from Santa and his elves, live music, carriage rides, hot cocoa, door prizes, special gift ideas for Christmas and much more. It is a fun day for all ages!
Join in the Shopping Spree contest and get a chance to win $1000 worth of shopping on Augusta Road. Plus, participate in our Instagram contest. Post on Instagram while at HOH and tag #holidayopenhouse2015 and @onlyonaugusta and you could win gift certificates to enjoy the outstanding restaurants on Augusta!
ARBA also kicks off the holidays by helping local charities along Augusta Road. ARBA members will have collection boxes for shoppers to donate money to The Samaritan House. They also will be donating time to prepare meals and work the kitchen line at Meals on Wheels.
